    The NDDC states include: Ondo, Imo, Delta, Rivers, Edo, Akwa Ibom, Abia, Cross River, and Bayelsa.

  • Be no older than 40 years of age.

  • Hold at least a First Class, Second Class Upper, or Lower Bachelor’s Degree, or

  • Have a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Upper Credit, plus a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD).
